Current Status: 10-9-04 New pictures are finally on the site! I went to the house today and the carpeting is all in, and it looks great. There was a guy there this evening touching up the outside trim paint. We're still waiting on the replacement countertop for the downstairs kitchenette, but, otherwise, it seems like this might really be done next Friday as promised! 10-2-04 We got the official call Friday- we are FINALLY closing on the 20th! Our walk-through inspection is on the 15th. Since Tuesday, they have: installed bathroom tile and vanities, installed kitchen cupboards, painted, installed ceiling lights, finished about half of the siding, and more! They are finally in high gear with this thing! :) I have a ton of new pics, but, I also have a HUGE list of things to do now that we know the closing date, so bear with me! I'll try to get them up ASAP! |
